Hi, I’m Maciej. I’ve been building software for quite a while now. Started a software house from zero and grew it to 50 people before selling it. Along the way, I tried launching a few startups - some worked, some didn’t, but I learned a lot from each attempt.

After selling the software house, I worked as Engineering Director at job&talent, where I helped build their engineering team in Poland. That was great, but I missed creating something from scratch.

These days, I’m working on Humadroid.io - an HRMS system for small businesses. I’m building it based on real problems I faced while running my previous company. When I’m not coding, I like to write about what I’m learning along the way.
